In this role you own the marketing motion for Lighthouse’s independent hotels segment, shaping channel strategy and leading a dedicated team to convert hoteliers into Lighthouse customers. You will build the global demand engine, run high-velocity campaigns, and collaborate with sales to optimize handoffs and outcomes. Embracing an AI-first approach, you’ll design automated workflows and AI-powered campaigns to accelerate growth. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts hotel revenue and product adoption.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and own the indie marketing strategy and global demand plan (campaigns, channel mix, segmentation, pipeline targets)
• Drive a high-velocity demand engine across paid media, email, webinars, field events, content syndication, and partner programs
• Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations to scale team output
• Set bottoms-up channel/region/segment targets and monitor metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, closed-won)
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing with tight feedback loops
• Lead conversion optimization for landing pages, forms, and lifecycle journeys with continuous A/B testing
• Plan and execute field and event marketing to generate pipelines and accountability for ROI
• Own the indie marketing budget, reallocating resources to effective strategies
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of marketing experience
• 5–7 years in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing leadership at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini; active creation of automations and AI-powered workflows
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce; ability to build and optimize within these platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and BI tools (Looker or Tableau) and daily reporting
• Proven player-coach with ability to set strategy and ship campaigns in the same week
• Fluency across paid media, email, content, SEO, webinars, and field events
• Strong communication skills to pitch strategy, brief creatives, and unblock teams
• Demonstrated ability to align with sales leadership and operationalize feedback loops
• Willingness to travel up to 5–10%
