In this role you drive the indirect channel strategy for Ethicon's Medtech Surgery Spain, shaping events, trainings, and launches in collaboration with marketing and TPIs. You coordinate communication, training programs, and tactical activations to strengthen the indirect network and accelerate channel growth. You'll partner with cross‐functional teams to ensure coherent national and local execution, contributing to improved surgical solutions and patient outcomes. This position offers a high‐impact, cross‐disciplinary scope with a strong focus on collaboration and project leadership.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Deep knowledge of product and processes for the indirect channel;
manage key product launches
- Collaborate with division marketing to align the indirect channel vision in events, trainings, launches, and congresses
- Create agile responses to national marketing activities (e.G., STS) for the indirect channel
- Launch marketing for KOls and major hospitals in TPIs area;
identify and develop events with them
- Develop and implement a TPIs academy project to standardize knowledge and sales practices in the indirect channel
- Establish a dedicated communication channel with TPIs and their sales network for updates and trainings
- Foster a collaborative network among TPIs to share success stories and growth strategies
- Coordinate cross‐functional training and knowledge sharing to raise indirect channel performance
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Healthcare or Biomedical
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Analytical thinking, results orientation, teamwork and collaboration, integrity
- Strong problem solving, project management, and leadership abilities
