You lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end scientific product development, from research to roadmap execution, aligning with BioPharma customer needs and regulatory pathways. You influence pre-sales conversations and develop strategies to advance sensor-based endpoints for better patient outcomes. - Oversee end-to-end scientific product research, development, and roadmap
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to address unmet measurement needs
- Drive regulatory strategy for digital endpoint endorsement and qualification
- Promote scientific acceptance of digital measures across industry and academia
- Develop core scientific messages for product marketing
- Represent Roche RIS scientifically in pre-sales for RPM and digital biomarker products
- Plan and co-author high-profile scientific publications and conference presence
- Grow influence as a scientific digital biomarker expert through external engagement
- Drive foundations of clinical use scenarios based on sensor measurements to improve outcomes and healthcare deliveryResponsabilidades
- University degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Life Sciences or related field with ≥10 years’ experience in pharma and digital health
- Proven publication track record in high-impact journals
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and external collaborations
- Deep scientific product management experience in a large Pharma or Medtech company
- Deep experience in sensor data and digital biomarker development
- Experience leading in matrix organizations with collaborative leadership
- Transparent communication and empowering leadership
