We are seeking a skilled Digital Workspace and End User Services Analysis professional to join our team. This role will play a critical part in enabling high-quality end-user services across our general environment.
The Senior Business Analyst – Digital Workspace Services, ITSM & Service Delivery will partner closely with various teams, including Digital Workspace, Service Desk, Deskside Support, NOC, IT Asset Management, and managed service providers to analyze and optimize the delivery of IT services.
This individual will focus on improving ITSM process maturity, enhancing service performance visibility through data-driven insights from Power BI dashboards designed using latest methodologies like Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM).
