HSE Manager Your role will encompass Take overall responsibility for thebr/br/Health, Safety, and Environmental performancebr/br/of the project, ensuring the safety of all employees, contractors, and third parties working on site. Lead and manage the site HSE team, including HSE supervisors and officers, ensuring effective implementation of HSE procedures and company standards. Develop, implement, and enforce project HSE strategies, procedures, and policies, ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection are maintained. Providebr/br/strategic HSE leadership across all construction activities, ensuring operations comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. HSE Supervisor Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teamsbr/br/to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all phases of project execution. Oversee HSE inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and promptly. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Ensurebr/br/full compliance with local legislation, operating permits, environmental approvals, and regulatory safety requirements. HSE Supervisor Monitor contractor HSE performance, ensuring subcontractors comply with project safety requirements and international standards. Ensurebr/br/accurate maintenance of HSE documentation, reports, and records, in line with legal and company requirements. Providebr/br/regular reporting to senior managementbr/br/on project HSE performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. Promote abr/br/strong safety culture across the project, ensuring all personnel understand and adhere to company HSE policies. What you bring to the role Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.br/br/HSE Supervisor 5+ years of HSE experience within construction, energy, or industrial projects, including leadership responsibilities. Proven experience working onbr/br/large-scale infrastructure, energy, or solar projects. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and industry standards.br/br/HSE Supervisor Experience managing HSE teams and coordinating with international contractors and stakeholders. Electrical Work Certification and HSE Certification required.br/br/HSE Supervisor Familiarity withbr/br/QHSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001).br/br/HSE Supervisor Proficient inbr/br/Microsoft Officebr/br/and HSE reporting tools. HSE Supervisor Fluent in English, with the ability to prepare HSE documentation and reports.
