We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Archiving Consultant to join a long-term data archiving project based in Barcelona.
Project Overview
Implementation of data archiving strategies in SAP S/4HANA across the following modules:
* FI (Finance)
* SD (Sales & Distribution)
* MM (Materials Management)
* MD (Master Data)
This is a freelance contract position for an initial 1–2 year duration, offering long-term project stability.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement SAP S/4HANA data archiving strategies
* Lead and support archiving processes across FI, SD, MM, and MD modules
* Ensure compliance with data retention and governance policies
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams
* Support testing, documentation, and go-live activities
Requirements
* Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA archiving projects
* Strong functional knowledge of FI, SD, MM, and Master Data
* Experience in data lifecycle management and compliance
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Ability to work onsite in Barcelona 2 days per week
