You will manage key advertiser relationships and drive revenue across mobile user acquisition, app retargeting, and Connected TV campaigns.This role requires expertise in programmatic advertising, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to customer success. You will work closely with Sales, Campaign Management, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver exceptional service and results for innovative mobile app marketers.Major ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of performance-oriented mobile advertisers and agencies, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.Represent the client internally by advocating for their needs and collaborating across teams to surpass performance KPIs.Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data deeply, and optimize campaigns in partnership with campaign managers.Provide strategic insights and regular performance reports to clients.Expand knowledge in user acquisition, app retargeting, programmatic supply, CTV, MMPs, SSPs, and dynamic creatives.Support product development by sharing client feedback and collaborating on testing, QA, and feature releases.Proactively manage client accounts, anticipate needs, and bring creative solutions to challenges.Share knowledge internally, assist with client onboarding, and develop best practices to improve service quality.Build trusted relationships with clients, positioning RevX as a leader in service and performance.Required Experience / Skills3–4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the programmatic media-buying industry.Hands-on experience managing performance campaigns such as user acquisition, retargeting, or CTV, preferably for mobile-first advertisers.Deep understanding of RTB environments, in-app advertising, and the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and pivot tables for data analysis.Ability to work independently and take ownership of client success.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.Detail-oriented, organized, positive, and capable of managing time effectively.Ability to provide exceptional client service with thoughtful, white-glove interactions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with mobile app advertisers across various verticals such as gaming, e-commerce, and fintech.Familiarity with deep linking, creative personalization, data integrations, and campaign automation.Comfort working with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering.Previous experience with Connected TV or performance branding campaigns is a plus.Experience in high-growth, fast-paced adtech environments.Multilingual skills (English + German and/or Spanish) are a strong advantage for international accounts.For more information, visit
