**Report to**:
Hierarchically and Functionally to the Head of Oxygen Financial Control, Certification and Audit Affairs.
The position will be located in the Finance Oxygen Platform, based in Madrid.
**Mission and Objectives**:
Act as the second line of defense for CIB Finance Control framework and responsible for verifying the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business.
**Main responsibilities**:
The position involves the following responsibilities:
- Work in close connection with the finance teams, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of segmented financial data required for the production of all reporting streams and more specifically on all regional processes.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders on the Transfer Pricing (TP), taking part into a formal governance (TP FORCCs, follow-up meetings with data providers, Group Tax, TP L1C team and / or regional Finance teams.
- Maintaining and improving a control plan on the Transfer Pricing including key processes, key controls, first level control owners and control frequencies.
- Contribute to quarterly pre/post-closing meetings to discuss/report on the control results with Business and Regional finance.
- Be involved in the Portfolio Control that is closely linked to other tasks/controls performed, such as P&L; control, TP control, and new transaction/activity workflow.
- Assisting pilot sites in their regional TP controls deployment.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in control, finance or audit (preferably in the banking and/or financial sector).
- Good technical understanding of capital markets products.
- Experience in Performance Management, Capital Market activities, Audit in Financial Institution.
- Strong control background and ability to question and challenge the information received.
- Ability to manage priorities in a context of tight deadlines.
- Strong accounting expertise.
- Strong and concise communication skills both spoken and written.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written. French is a plus.
- Team work (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel abroad.
- Versátil in daily workload.

- Weekend working and long days during closing periods are compensated according to Bank policy.
