Ensure the accuracy of the reports.Based on the Q-analysis and priorities, cascade the invoice processing priorities to Analysts.Check debit balances regularly and ensure payment is received for outstanding credits.Prepare periodic analyses of vendor and PIT accounts.Ensure SOX compliance and proper reporting for audit purposes.Good command of Spanish both verbal and writtenGood command of English both verbal and writtenfresh graduates are welcome but 1-3 years of experience in similar field is advantageousCollege graduate or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or accounting professional equivalent.Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.A good understanding of general accounting processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing high level customer service.Being a team player with a can-do-mentality.Someone who is independent, reliable, adaptable and eager to learn about systems.
