With a strategic eye, you'll expand our market presence, build lasting relationships in the IT sector, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Requirements:
* 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in business development (BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, Sales Development Representative, Account Executive...).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
* Strategic mindset with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
* EU Passport and Willingness to live in Malta and build a Career there
