High Voltage Business Development Manager
Join CAP INGELEC in Madrid as a High Voltage Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Energy Business Division, you will reinforce our Spanish team in sales development for EPC projects and leverage your network with local players in energy, high voltage, lines & substations.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Develop tailored proposals with high added value for customers.
* Manage and develop your network and business development activities.
* Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs.
* Lead client negotiations, identifying key project considerations to secure contract agreements.
* Accompany customers throughout project implementation.
* Work closely with the Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Profile
With a degree in General Engineering or Business School, you have 10 years of experience in a Business Development position in high voltage (HV) or renewable energy. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative multicultural environment.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; French would be an asset. You are willing to travel nationwide.
