We are currently looking for a talented **Wholesale Operations Intern**to join our **Wholesale Team.**
**Mission**:
**Role & responsibilities**:
Leads Program:
- Efficient assignment of leads to the different members of the sales team.
- Collection and analysis of feedback provided by the sales team.
- Identification of areas for improvement in the program and proposal of innovative solutions.
Trunk Shows:
- Comprehensive management of the trunk show calendar, ensuring coordination with all involved.
- Collaboration with the commercial team in the organization and successful execution of each trunk show.
Conventions:
- Management of client attendance confirmations.
- Support in the organization and logistics of conventions.
Other Tasks:
- Collaboration in special projects of the marketing and sales department.
- Support in reporting and data analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher), verbal and written. Other languages will be a plus (Italian, French, etc.).
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactivity, creativity and initiative.
- Interest in the fashion industry and sales.
