Vacancy: Radio and communication equipment field Engineer
Company Overview:
A Spanish multinational company and integral leader in Air Traffic Management and Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems integration is seeking a qualified Field Engineer to join our international project team on a full-time basis.
Successful candidates will undergo professional training in the relevant fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Radio and CNS equipment, antenna systems and related equipment.
Laying of RF feeder, fiber-optic, and network lines.
Installation of rack-mounted and switching hardware.
Testing of LAN, RF connections using specialized instruments (network analysers and others).
Support and basic configuration of data transmission networks (Ethernet, IP).
Installation and maintenance of uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS), grounding, and lightning protection.
Project documentation preparation
Requirements:
Technical degree in radio engineering, telecommunications, or automation.
Understanding of CNS systems principles
Experience with any of CNS systems, mobile network equipment installation or maintenance (experience with INDRA equipment is an advantage).
English proficiency at B1 level or higher (able to read and understand technical documentation).
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Knowledge of electrical and fire safety standards, including work at heights.
Willingness to travel frequently over the world
Additional qualifications:
Valid international passport and no travel restrictions.
Valid category B driver’s license.
Strong self-organization skills, responsibility, and ability to work in multicultural teams.
