Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking airline customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight information, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with airline departments to ensure smooth and comprehensive customer service.
- Stay updated on airline policies, schedules, and industry trends to offer accurate information and assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package offered.
