Pb Company Description /b /p pb Kaplan International /b is a leader on the education industry providing premium learning experiences to more than a million of students per year and with over 30K employees worldwide. /p pb Job Description /b /p p We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented b Sales Manager /b to lead our recruitment call center efforts in Italy and help to continue developing the region and gaining market share from our competitors. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Meet and exceed the company#39;s sales quotas and goals by maximizing the sales team’s production by fostering a culture of high accountability, strong work habits and consistent training/practice. /lili Oversee the Sales Department and spearhead the effort to drive revenue through Recruiting, Training, Coaching, and Managing all sales agents.
