What will your role be? As part of the Compensation, Benefits & International Payroll team, you will support the management of personnel costs and global payroll operations by analyzing key data, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to efficient HR processes across different countries. Budgeting and control: Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual personnel budget in coordination with Finance and business areas, tracking deviations and supporting cost control across markets. Compensation and benefits analysis: Support the analysis of fixed and variable compensation, helping to build scenarios and proposals that ensure internal consistency and external competitiveness across different countries. International payroll support: Collaborate in the coordination of payroll processes in multiple countries, reviewing data, supporting vendors, and helping to resolve incidences while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports with key HR, compensation and payroll indicators, providing visibility to the team and supporting decision-making. What do we offer you?
