**What do you have to offer?**
A deep understanding of HR processes and an affinity for technology. Or a deep understanding of technology plus an affinity for HR. Either way, if you want to get to the bottom of our customers' needs, you've come to the right place. But also:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training in information technology.
- Extensive professional experience as a consultant or module supervisor in SAP HCM PA, PY or PT
- Very good knowledge of customizing the corresponding SAP HCM modules
- Good knowledge in the creation and further development of schemas and rules for payroll accounting
- Good technical knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Confident appearance
- Competent handling of customers, also in the event of escalations
- High degree of initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Occasional business trips
**Which task can you expect?**
- Application Management in SAP HCM for the Personnel Administration, Payroll or Time Management modules.
- Design, implementation, quality assurance and transfer of requirements to production within the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration and Payroll or Time Management
- Supporting and advising existing and new customers
- Participation in projects to map new requirements
- Recording, analyzing, creating and implementing solution concepts
- Documenting the implemented requirements, carrying out functional tests and troubleshooting
- Supporting the team leader
