We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who knows how to turn ideas into real store visits: from scroll-stopping content to in-store moments our customers won't forget.

What You'll Focus on
* Local & Foot Traffic Marketing (Top Priority): Drive people into our stores through creative, local-focused marketing initiatives.
* Brand & Community Builder: Strengthen our brand presence and foster meaningful connections with our community.
* Social Media That Converts: Create content that not only engages online but also drives real store visits.
* Retail Experience Marketing: Enhance the in-store experience with campaigns and activations that reflect our brand.
* Support Across Channels: Assist with light e-commerce and performance marketing tasks as needed.
* Manage Our Marketing Team: Take the lead in guiding our marketing interns and act as the main point of contact for all external partners related to marketing activities.
What We're Looking For
* Local Marketing Expertise: Understanding of local audiences and how to drive foot traffic to physical stores.
* Retail Marketing Experience: Knowledge of in-store activations, visual merchandising, and customer experience strategies.
* Brand & Community Building: Ability to create meaningful connections and grow a loyal community around the brand.
* Social Media Strategy & Execution: Skilled in creating content and campaigns that engage audiences and convert into store visits.
