🎯 Your Mission & Impact
As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance microservices using modern Java technologies. Your work will directly impact mission-critical platforms used by leading global clients.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer.
* Strong experience building microservices architectures.
* Proficiency in modern Java (Java 17 / Java 21).
* Solid experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
* Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, including creation and maintenance (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines).
* Familiarity with DevOps practices (you don’t need to be a DevOps engineer, but CI/CD is part of your day-to-day).
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, and ownership.
* Advanced Spanish and English (written and spoken).
