Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Developer.

Responsibilities

* Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
* Provide effort estimations for projects.
* Collaborate with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
* Analyze and optimize application performance.
* Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
* Document processes and track system performance metrics.
* Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
* Train end users on new functionalities.
* Implement technological advancements.
* Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
* Generate technical documentation.
* Contribute to team training and share technical knowledge.
* Identify methodological improvements and evaluate new products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

* Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions is mandatory.
* Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services.
* Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership.
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
* Salesforce certifications are a plus.
