- Handle, maintain, and sterilize pastry preparation tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and hygiene.
- Oversee and manage a specific pastry section, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels, manage orders, and minimize waste to maintain budgetary control.
- Collaborate with the culinary team, sharing expertise and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
- Prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and customer demands without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
