Job Description
- Set-up of computers and components.
- Solves requests forwarded by the Service Desk.
- Solves technical problems with hardware and software searching knowledge base for solutions or contacting manufacturer.
- Documents solutions in the ITSM Knowledge Base.
- Supports other IT colleagues in their rollout projects.
- Plans, coordinates and executes own rollouts for hardware and/or software incl. instruction and training for employees.
- Supports initial training of colleagues.
- And other Duties as assigned.
Work Experience
Fluent in English (B2 Upper Intermediate)
Professional: 3-5 years of professional experience in related area
