Are you ready for our exciting program?
12 months across different roles within the manufacturing area (Safety, Quality, Focus Improvement, Conversion etc)
You will have the opportunity from the first day to support and develop the projects that are assigned to you to achieve the defined objectives, complying with the standards of Quality, Food Safety, Safety of People and the Environment that the plant requires;
You will participate in focused improvement teams, following the Lean - Six Sigma methodology; Immersion in the IL6S methodology of the plant
After 12 months of challenges on the job, job you are well groomed to embark on a successful career!
You might be the one we are looking for if you have...
1. University degree as Engineer
2. First working experiences through internships in a production plant.
3. Experience in production continuous improvement is valuable.
4. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is valuable
5. MS-Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
6. Study and / or work experiences abroad are a plus.
7. High level of written and spoken English.
8. Passion for our products.
9. Ability to learn on the fly, self-initiative and team work skills
10. An open mind and a willingness to take on new experiences.
11. Communication, motivation and listening skills as well as idea leadership
12. Analyze and problem solving skills, strategic thinking abilities
Please note that we will need to sign an agreement with the university to let you participate in our internship program.
