**About the job**As a Senior Product Manager for our Cross-sell product team (i.E. squad), your role is to ensure our entire portfolio of products is as successful as possible by leveraging different cross-sell opportunities to help our users discover, try and purchase new products that can further help them better understand their own users.Besides leading product for a dedicated team of engineers and designers, you will also need to collaborate with stakeholders and teams from various departments to ensure you're delivering the most impactful work you can.Your focus will be on cultivating deep product, customer, and market insights and translating to help inform our Cross-sell expansion strategy as well as having a robust and thought-through prioritized roadmap and opportunity backlog.You will not have any direct reports in this role, and you will report to a Director of Product.Note:This role is **fully remote** from within **UK, France, Germany, Spain or Italy**. However, we also support an office based or hybrid working model if you would prefer either of those**What you’ll do**:- Collaborate closely with Hotjar's Product and Marketing leadership teams to help strategise and execute various cross-sell opportunities- Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of experiments and product changes designed to drive cross-sell expansion, multi-product adoption, and improvements in conversion rates- Lead product development rituals for your product team in close partnership with your Engineering and Design counterparts- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our users through a combination of qualitative research, data analytics, and experimentation- Engage as an integral part of the Product and Engineering team, collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and ongoing monitoring post-release- Foster cross-functional collaboration across the company to determine how the Cross-sell team can best leverage synergies with other teams to broaden our product expansion potential**What you’ll need to succeed**:- Over 3 years of experience working in an agile cross-functional product team- Proven experience in running experiments with a lean approach and a focus on rapid iterations- A data-informed approach to product management and prioritization, relying on data for your decision-making and for quantifying the potential impact of an initiative- Strong analytical skills and experience in running your own queries and reports, and ideally experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Tableau (although not mandatory)- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and communication across teams- A mindset that prioritizes MVP (Minimum Viable Product) principles, emphasizing simplicity and efficiency- A solid understanding of user psychology and marketing strategies to better align product development with user needs.- A keen eye for usability and aesthetics, ensuring that product experiences are user-friendly and visually appealing- Desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative environment, aligned with our company values
