The role As the first point of contact for inbound interest, you'll play a critical role in qualifying leads, understanding customer challenges, and turning that interest into high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

What you'll be doing - Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and events - Engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels - Identifying needs and assessing fit to prioritise opportunities - Booking meetings and product demos for Account Executives - Supporting events and trade shows across Spain and Europe - Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date - Working closely with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates What we're looking for - 3–5 years' experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role - Strong Saa S sales experience (ideally selling into the hospitality sector) - Fluent English and Spanish - Confident communicator with strong qualification xhfqzwm skills - Proactive, organised, and target-driven - Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment - Experience using CRM tools (e.G.
