We are seeking 2 Product Specialist (Cardiovascular and Endovascular) to support the European market, based at our offices in Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona).
Reporting to the General Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the development and successful implementation of the products under your responsibility, combining technical, scientific, and commercial expertise.
Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies.Attending and support the activities defined in the Annual Plan (as workshops, courses, trainings, etc..).Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls.Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related fields (Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar). MBA or Master's in Marketing is desirable.Advanced Spanish and English; an additional language such as French, German, Italian, or Arabic is a plus.Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Specialist, in sales, or in marketing within the medical device market.Ability to perform device demonstrations that engage and inspire clinicians and commercial teams.
