As part of Sales department and specifically in Spain, based in Madrid, your role involves achieving annual sales strategies and goals through management of a team of Sales and Services representatives.
Responsibilities
* Develop area sales plans in conjunction with the team under your responsibility, managing to support and grow Radiometer’s customers.
* Provide the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for the regional sales and service teams.
* Advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness and efficiency of staff.
* Track progress with sales, forecast, pipeline growth and instrument usage, effectively using DBS tools.
* Responsible for sales management of business in a large area in Spain.
* Responsible for achieving sales goals in your area cooperating with the team.
* Develop a regional sales strategy for the area to aggressively gain market share, ensuring core growth, and plan co‑travel with sales field representatives (SFRs) when calling on existing and new customers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of functional experience in sales within the medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record of leading and coaching sales teams to achieve ambitious targets and improve engagement.
