✍️ 5+ years of experience as a technical integration expert, focused on HRIS implementations, data migration, and enterprise application integration.
~ Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi – proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory.
~ Proven experience designing and developing ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations.
~ Solid background in integration architecture, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange.
~ Experience supporting production environments : incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis.
~ Knowledge of automation tools such as Autosys or PowerShell for job scheduling and operational efficiency.
~ Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or equivalent for performance and availability tracking.
~ Advanced English (C1) and Spanish.
~ Based in Madrid (hybrid role)
#Define the data migration strategy from legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM ,.
Design, develop, and test ETL processes to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient transfer of HR data.
Identify integration points between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, talent management) and define technical specifications.
Develop and maintain integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi, ensuring high performance and reliability.
