Purpose of the Role

As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Dutch companies and agency partners to provide customized digital advertising strategies. Working in a goal-oriented environment, you’ll help expand the Client’s customer base across EMEA while shaping exceptional experiences and empowering innovation in the Spanish online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized, performance-boosting strategies and promoting additional digital marketing products.
2. Offer strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments, using a quality consultative approach.
3. Achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
4. Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email.

Requirements

5. BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
6. C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English and French
7. 1-2 years in sales or online advertising
8. Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense or YouTube
9. Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
10. Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments, Goal-oriented and customer-focused
11. Passionate about Marketing, Technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop

12. Market Mastery: Deep understanding of Benelux market (cultural/business nuances).
13. Strategic Growth: Identify and partner with high-potential growth companies.
14. Complex Problem-Solving: Navigate challenging business contexts effectively.
15. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer data.
16. Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with key Benelux stakeholders, including managing complex, sceptical client structures.
17. Opportunity Unlocking: Ability to drive significant expansion in the region.
18. Digital Ecosystem & ROI: Strong knowledge of the Benelux digital marketing landscape; effectively position Google Ads and manage sophisticated queries on ROI and platform integration.
19. Regulatory & Data Privacy: Awareness of local regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ability to tailor outreach respecting the high focus on data privacy.

Benefits

28. Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 23.876,19€ € gross/year + up to 3.407,56€
