French speaking - customer service team leader (coruño)

We are currently looking for a French Speaking - Customer Service Team Lead (UK, France & BENELUX) to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain, to work on a hybrid setting (2 days from home, 3 days from the office).

This is a key role to ensure that customer receive best possible service. The role involves both operational and leading tasks, with also a focus on improvement projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Leads, develops and motivates France; BeNeLux and UK teams.
- Actively monitors KPI`s for the team, analyses deviations to target and initiates corrective actions.
- Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned customers
- Interacts with broader network of internal Axalta Partners to ensure that the customers' requirements are understood and commitments are met.
- Ensures that the CSR drives adoption of digital tools.
- Supports operational activities of team for defined customers for order handling process from beginning to end.
- Ensures team is always trained on latest policies and rules impacting compliance with SOX, ISO and other requirements.
- Drives process standardization and simplification across the team.

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French is required.
- Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP. Experience in working with CRM tools would be an asset.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a customer service, supply chain on logistics department.
- Experience in a supervisory position.
- Excellent communications skills, customer focused, leadership, team player
