Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Description: We are looking for a specialized ServiceNow Business Analyst in CSM and ITSM. The candidate will act as a link between internal customers and the external vendor responsible for project implementation and work with other team business analysts.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze and review internal customer requirements, maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners / Business Analysts
* Review each demand in relation to platform out-of-the-box features and ensure Servicenow best practices are followed or an alternative solution is proposed
* Provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities
* Keep up-to-date with regular product evolutions in your area of focus and share relevant information within and outside the solution team
* Organize UATs and work on building and updating key test scenarios together with the external vendor
* Propose improvement actions on your functional perimeter
* Drive functional workshops with end users, assist the vendor and internal stakeholders and ensure key topics were addressed
Requirements:
* 5/6 years experience in the Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform
* CSM and ITSM experience
* Good knowledge of ITIL
* Experience in large transformation projects is a plus
