Drive Growth Across One of Spain's Most Exciting Security Markets
Hanwha Vision is a global leader in video surveillance, AI-powered analytics, and security solutions. As we continue to grow across Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Andalucía, Extremadura, and the Canary Islands.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving the adoption of innovative security solutions across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, design agencies, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
- Support the implementation of regional sales and business development strategies.
- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and European teams to drive market growth.
- Engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from specification through to project completion.
- Deliver product presentations, customer training, and on-site support where required.
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, and major project discussions.
- Maintain accurate opportunity management and reporting through CRM systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for Hanwha Vision within the region.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a business development, sales, or account management role.
- Experience within the CCTV, security, video surveillance, or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the security ecosystem, including consultants, specifiers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.
