We are looking for a Lawyer
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documentation for projects and various company departments (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, personnel management).
* Identifying legal and contractual risks, including regulatory risks, and proposing mitigation measures.
* Negotiating, drafting, and supervising agreements related to Tenders such as bidding agreements, shareholder pacts, risk matrices, as well as EPC, O&M, Concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.
* Advising on company acquisitions.
* Studying, preparing legal claims and procedures, including judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, and providing court assistance.
Requirements
* Law degree.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
* Previous legal advisory experience in a corporate setting.
* High proficiency in English (negotiation, spoken and written, C1 level).
* French language skills (B2 level) are a plus.
* Proficiency in Office suite, ideally at an advanced level.
