Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe.As the primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH-region, we're looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team.In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‐to‐invoice coordination to reliable day‐to‐day support.You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.Our Bönen (Germany) office ORour office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) ORour office in Madrid (Spain)You provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiriesYou maintain data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent serviceYou monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepanciesYou coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow-upYou handle quality-related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolutionYou have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or have comparable experience in customer serviceYou have very good German and English language skills (additional languages are a plus)You are confident in using MS Office – training on our internal software will be providedPermanent contract with a competitive remuneration package aligned with your skills and experience.Home-office up to 2 days/week is possible after the onboarding periodContinuous investment in your personal and professional development through training and coaching.A supportive, collaborative team environment where your ideas and contributions matterSend us your CV and your letter of motivation in English.
