SAP HCM Consultant
specialized in
Time Management
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
positive time recording (clock-ins/clock-outs)
and a solid understanding of
Personnel Administration (PA). You will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing SAP HCM solutions in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, configure, and support
SAP HCM Time Management
(positive time recording).
Handle day-to-day system issues and change requests related to
clock-in/clock-out processes .
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
Support and maintain
Personnel Administration (PA)
processes in SAP.
Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and testing activities.
Document functional specifications and system configurations.
Provide support to key users.
Required Qualifications
4 to 6 years of experience
in SAP HCM, with focus on
Time Management (positive time evaluation) .
Experience with
clock-in/clock-out terminals
and related interface/integration handling.
Working knowledge of
Personnel Administration (PA) .
Professional proficiency in
English
(both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a multicultural team.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Proficiency in
French
is a strong asset.
Knowledge of
SAP Payroll
(any country).
Experience with
Organizational Management (OM) .
Familiarity with
SAP Fiori
or
SuccessFactors
is a plus.
