The main purpose of the role is to drive market access, sales growth, and advocate development of Incyte’s products and services within priority accounts in the territory. Key customers include doctors, medical personnel, and payers/administrators to achieve territory and organizational goals, working within ABPI code, legal, compliance, and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver therapeutic information on products aligned with marketing strategy.
2. Promote INCYTE IAI Dermatology products to prescribing dermatologists in compliance with legal and company policies.
3. Build formal networks with key decision-makers and local stakeholders to develop business within compliance guidelines.
4. Conduct market surveillance to gather customer insights.
5. Perform local marketing and sales analyses, and analyze patient flow.
6. Organize regional promotional meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
7. Manage relations with opinion leaders.
8. Develop and implement business plans within key accounts to ensure patient access to Incyte medicines.
9. Map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes, identifying key stakeholders.
10. Foster a favorable access environment to maximize sales potential and growth.
11. Maintain documentation and report daily activities, administration, and finances.
12. Participate in congresses, meetings, and training sessions.
13. Work effectively cross-functionally as a team player.
14. Continuously update commercial knowledge and strategies.
15. Find innovative solutions to barriers and challenges.
16. Manage personal development plans.
17. Promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
18. Operate within compliance, legal, and company guidelines.
Requirements
1. Life Sciences Degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Over 5 years of experience in promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in dermatology.
3. Proven track record in specialist sales.
4. Experience or understanding of Market Access and NHS environment is advantageous.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Good IT skills.
