Position: Senior Business Development Manager – Indoor Mobile Coverage Solutions and Private Networks (F/M)
Location: Madrid region, Home Office
Type of Offer: Permanent contract

Position Overview
To support their expansion, our client is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager for the Spanish market to join their international sales team. The role is focused on driving commercial growth with Tier 1/2 mobile operators, MVNOs, and TowerCos, particularly in indoor mobile coverage (Active DAS, multi-operator infrastructure) and private 5G networks.

Key Responsibilities

12. Develop and implement business development strategies targeting:
13. -Mobile operators (MNOs and MVNOs)
14. -TowerCos
15. -Tier 2 operators seeking turnkey indoor coverage solutions
16. Identify and grow DAS and small cell projects in collaboration with technical teams
17. Promote private 5G solutions tailored to enterprise and industrial use cases
18. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including technical, procurement, and C-level contacts
19. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity qualification to closing
20. Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with internal teams
21. Work with engineering to design customer-specific network architectures
22. Develop strategic partnerships with telecom and infrastructure players
23. Represent the company at industry events and forums

Desired Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive business developer with a strong background in telecommunications and a deep understanding of the mobile connectivity ecosystem. A natural "hunter," you should have the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects.

Requirements:

24. 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in telecom infrastructure or services
25. Experience working with MNOs, MVNOs, or TowerCos
26. Solid understanding of 2G–5G technologies
27. Skilled at managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
28. Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical teams alike
29. Demonstrated success in closing deals with strategic accounts
30. Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
31. Self-motivated, results-driven, and solution-oriented
