What You'll Do
As part of the IT & Operations leadership, you will own and shape Mimacom's internal IT operations and information security posture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance as the company grows. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, coordinating, and developing the IT team, setting priorities, managing workloads, and ensuring clear escalation paths
* Defining and maintaining the IT roadmap and budget, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and managing vendors and service contracts
* Acting as the main interface between IT and the wider organisation, translating business needs into clear technical direction
* Owning and managing the ISO‐27001 and TISAX certification programmes, including ISMS maintenance, audits, risk management, incident coordination, and security awareness across the company
What You'll Need
We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. You'll succeed in this position if you have:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including IT team leadership and responsibility for delivery and governance
* Hands-on experience managing or co-owning an ISO‐27001 certification programme; experience with TISAX is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services (Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365), and IT security principles
* Fluency in English and Spanish
