Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.Assist the Project Manager/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, platform knowledge, and solution identification to meet project demands.Identify and notify risks related to project/client profitability.Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting of deviations.Meet technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.Participate in training and mentoring technical team members.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Suggest methodological improvements and contribute to Omega's community of practice.Required Experience:
3+ years full lifecycle Salesforce.Com implementation experience.Experience as a Salesforce.Com developer.Knowledge of modules:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.High proficiency in English.What We Offer:
