The main responsibility of the Finance Analyst, is to monitor and evaluate the day-to-day accounting and costing activities and provide accurate and data based information on company's financial performance. The position involves overseeing accounting processes and producing financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
* Support month end closing with the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger, and account analysis.
* Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
* Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
* Defines financial situations by completing quantitative analyses.
* Builds financial database by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data.
