About the job:
This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaboration with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and product launches is essential. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to impact impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead product development and roadmap: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs and workflows.
* Technical expertise: Convert complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
* Market research: Conduct customer discovery to understand our value proposition.
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Quality & delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback.
* Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.
* Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.
* Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
* Good organizational skills for managing priorities remotely.
* Experience defining and tracking KPIs; expertise in A/B testing is a plus.
* Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
* Hands-on JavaScript development experience (e.g., Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
