Position Overview
This position reports to the Sales Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for Electrification - Medium Voltage Solutions, focusing on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and resolve specific customer problems daily.
* Provide input on market price developments and trends.
* Work in a hybrid model, contributing to the Electrification - Medium Voltage Solutions in the Levante area.
* Collaborate with main stakeholders including Product Marketing, Factories, and Finance.
* Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
* Understand key business drivers and risks related to the global customer's business, translating them into impacts and opportunities for ABB.
* Participate in developing sales strategies for the account, providing current and long-term plans for customers in Catalonia, Valencia, Balearic Islands, and Aragon.
* Define sales targets, monitor competitors, and ensure response strategies are in place.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree in Electricity, Electronics, Industrial, Automation, or related fields.
* Knowledge of Medium Voltage Solutions and Protection and Control Systems.
* 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience in account management in the Levante area.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
