Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Spanish legal entity. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across legal, financial, and administrative functions, while also supporting the broader Industry Solutions division on cross-functional initiatives.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working across multiple business areas.
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage the operational activities of the Spanish legal entityEnsure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirementsCoordinate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance-related processesManage and execute financial approvals and sign-offs in line with company policiesAct as a key liaison with internal finance and legal teams (local and global)Support HR administrative processes, including onboarding and employee documentationMaintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and local requirementsProvide operational support to the Industry Solutions division across various initiativesDrive process improvements and support cross-functional coordination
What You BringProven experience in an operations, business management, or similar roleStrong understanding of legal, financial, and administrative processes within a corporate environmentExperience working in a SaaS or technology-driven business (preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independentlyStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in an international or matrix organization (preferred)Familiarity with Spanish corporate and regulatory frameworks (preferred)Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
