ABOUT THE JOB
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team delivering Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to operation. You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, data analysts, product owners, developers, and designers to define, document, and communicate requirements for digital platform enhancements in an agile environment.
Your responsibilities include evaluating solutions, consulting stakeholders, understanding TUI products and systems, and ensuring high-quality analysis to support growth and digital transformation across markets. You will define and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, support multiple agile teams, and prioritize backlogs.
You will work closely with teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, demonstrating commercial acumen and problem-solving skills. You thrive in international, multicultural teams, challenge constructively, and pursue excellence, ownership, and continuous learning. Security awareness is integral to your work.
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in a similar role; a degree in (business) informatics or a technical field is advantageous.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modeling, UML, testing, and prototyping.
* Experience in creating detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, tools like Jira and Confluence, and SDLC.
* Experience in airline or travel industries, familiarity with airline systems (e.g., New Skies, GDS like Amadeus), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
* Knowledge of API technologies (REST, SOAP), SQL, microservices, and AWS.
* Customer-centric mindset, autonomous, open-minded, and eager to learn.
* Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
