If you are considering the challenge of becoming an Account Manager for a leading internationally focused organization, we are looking for a dedicated, innovative individual to train both internal and external teams on products and services for enterprise clients. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Cataluña Region and Private Sector, including sales and maintenance, aligned with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model.

The role requires senior-level sales experience with large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.

Responsibilities :

1. Territory Sales : Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including key accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
2. Territory Channel : Develop and maintain a channel plan for local partners, coordinate with the channel team, and manage relationships with national and global partners with local presence.
3. Enhance customer relationships by managing activities between Huawei and clients, promoting Huawei's solutions.
4. Create sales account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend actions for new business opportunities.
5. Use Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing, synergy, and business predictability.
6. Work towards individual targets and team objectives.
7. Understand and practice solution sales mechanisms and components.
8. Demonstrate key enterprise account management skills, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, and negotiation.
9. Show leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.
10. Ensure proper handover and leverage organizational resources such as presales, services, and channels.
11. Gain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise skills knowledge.
12. Provide customer and market insights and feedback.
13. Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications :

1. Ability to develop new business models using new technology.
2. Experience managing customer accounts at both CxO and technical levels.
3. Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
4. Good knowledge of ICT solutions.

Skills / Experience :

1. Minimum 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience, with a proven track record in sectors such as banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.
2. Proven ability to build long-term relationships with major accounts.
3. Excellent collaboration skills across various departments.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to embrace challenges.
6. Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
7. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
