Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service for every guest.
Maintaining top-tier standards of quality while handling a high-volume environment (300+ covers).
Delivering an unforgettable guest experience that showcases the best of Mediterranean food and hospitality.
Training, mentoring, and developing the team to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
Collaborating with the head chef and culinary team to ensure the menu reflects the finest Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce.
Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while never compromising on quality or service.
Experience : Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant, ideally with Mediterranean or similar cuisine. You've led a large team and successfully managed service for 300+ covers.
A sharp eye for detail, with experience in managing the logistics of high-volume service while ensuring consistency in quality and guest experience.
Fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish, Catalan, or Italian a bonus). xugodme
