We are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in digital acquisition strategies, B2B growth caigns, and brand development.
This person will lead inbound marketing initiatives, paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization, as well as client management, strategy, and oversight of external projects for our clients.
About the role:
* Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week of remote work and 2 from the office)
Internal Marketing (Company and Positioning)
* Design and execute digital acquisition strategies for the 3 companies, optimizing SEO, Paid Media, and inbound marketing caigns.
* Define and improve conversion funnels (CPL, CPA, ROAS) to maximize return on investment in digital caigns.
* Coordinate content strategies, ensuring alignment with business and brand positioning objectives.
* Implement marketing automation and CRM processes to improve customer conversion and retention.
* Develop brand strategies to strengthen recognition and reputation in key markets.
* Manage digital presence across various channels, including social media, blogs, and strategic events.
* Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and OKRs to monitor and achieve marketing and sales goals, ensuring data driven decision making.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment aligned with the overall strategy.
Marketing as a Service for Clients (Consulting & Strategy)
1. Responsible for driving business growth through marketing strategies for clients and acquiring new projects.
2. Service Development: Design and refine new marketing services and offerings for both Marketing & Sales and other business units, ensuring innovation and market relevance.
3. Client Management: Oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects, collaborating closely with other teams.
4. Quality Control: Implement processes to guarantee the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Team Building: Establish a high performing internal and ex
