Pb Job Description /b /ppb As a Field Service Engineer your main functions/tasks will be: /b /pulli Be relied upon for troubleshooting support for non-routine problems in the system. /lili Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical components. /lili Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical control components. /lili Communicate with various parties on the work performed and present status of specialty systems. /lili Interpret engineering drawings in reference to layout, location, and operation of the system. /lili Execution of preventive maintenance (both electrical and mechanical) /lili Reporting of executed maintenance activities /lili Analysis of system errors /lili Replacements of machine spare parts. /lili Reporting of problems and maintenance activities that need attention. /lili Attending to call outs, faults, alarms, and warnings and monitor system from the Control Room. /lili Compliance with all Vanderlande programs, policies, and procedures. /lili Perform other duties / assignments that might be occasionally required by the management. /li /ul pb Job Requirements: /b /pulli Electrical License /lili Construction/Maintenance Electrician License is required /lili Experience of supporting automated systems with a proficient level of electro- mechanical skills /lili Electrical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills, including the replacement and configuration of field devices. /lili Mechanical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills. /lili Experience with electrical schematics / wiring diagrams. /lili Skilled in the use of standard electrical test instruments. /lili Relevant vocational and / or technical qualifications. /lili Ability to read diagrams, electrical drawings, operation manuals and manufacturers specifications /lili Knowledge of use of hand tools, precision measuring and testing instruments. /lili Flexibility with time, able to shift priorities quickly based on staff and system needs. /lili Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. /lili Customer and service oriented. /lili Working knowledge of computers and equipment. /lili Ability to solve problems under pressure. /lili Pro-active attitude towards process improvement /li /ul
