We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager!
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success
Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our
customers, ensuring they get maximum value from Treetoscope’s solutions. You’ll
drive adoption, enhance satisfaction, and help growers achieve their goals with
greater success.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Training: Lead new customers through a seamless
onboarding experience and deliver effective training to ensure confident
product use.
Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships to foster
customer loyalty and retention.
Success Planning: Collaborate with growers to understand their objectives
and develop customized success plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights
and feedback with our Product, Sales, and Support teams.
Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor customer health, usage trends, and
engagement to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
Renewals & Upsells: Work closely with Sales to manage renewals and
identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
Local Team Support: Assist the local sales team with technical and logistical
support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a
client-facing role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and self-motivate
A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
SaaS experience is a plus
Agricultural background/experience preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish is required, Portuguese is a plus
