As a dynamic planner, you play a key role in scheduling and dispatching, excelling in geographical knowledge and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
* Planning and dispatching for our customers in Spain – Catalonia/Barcelona.
* Coordinating the collection of used frying oil.
* Monitoring customer visit frequencies.
* Proactively contacting customers via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination.
* Entering customer visits into our planning system and managing on-call actions throughout the day.
* Using the ERP system and track-and-trace systems. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
